Walter Silas Middleton, 47, of Kingsport, TN passed away on Tuesday, June 13, 2017.
Walter was preceded in death by his grandfather, Obie Middleton I; mother, Kathleen Middleton; and brother Obie Middleton III.
He is survived by his daughter, Kristie Middleton and grandson Gunner; father, Obie Middleton II; sisters, Sandy Shepherd and Twanna Miles and husband, Jimmy; brothers, Lloyd Middleton, Clayton Fultz and Jim Middleton and wife, Cookie; aunt, Ruth Middleton; nieces, Jessy Middleton, Elora Middleton and Tambrala Smith and husband, Derek and their children, little Derek, Shawna, Brianna and Kayla; nephews, Michael Middleton, Barry Middleton and wife, Myra and their sons, Mason and Damon, and Joey Shepherd and wife, Eryn; great nephews, Clayton Fultz, Gordon Fultz and Mason Fultz; great niece, Breanna Fultz; special friends, Brandy and Jackson Blevins; special friends and neighbors, Tiny and Earl; and a special preacher, Reverend David Morgan and wife, Susan.
The family would like to say a very special thank you to Smokey Mountain Hospice and to Nurse Christy.
Visitation will be held Friday 2-3pm. Funeral service will follow at 3pm.
