Valerie Nicole (Necessary) Crawford, 47, passed away on Tuesday, October 04, 2016.
Valerie is survived by her loving husband, Steve Crawford; precious daughter, Lindsey Cox of Cookeville, TN; three precious stepchildren, Tabitha Crawford, Josh Crawford and fiance, Brittany, Marcus Crawford and wife, Holly; father, Gary Necessary and wife, Alice; mother, Teresa Meade and husband, Padge; mother in law, Ruby Crawford; sister in law, Marilyn Crawford; two sisters, Charity Bibeau of Mt. Carmel, TN and Bonnie Gibson of Gate City, VA; brother, Gary Necessary of Gate City, VA; and loyal companion, Grady.
Valerie worked at Wal-Mart for 18 years with her special friends, Ray Justus and all of the Wal-Mart associates. She also worked several years at Dairy Cup with Keith and all of the great people there.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 07, 2016 at 7:00 PM at Gate City United Pentecostal Church (477 Old Nickelsville Road, Gate City, VA).
The family would like to say a special thank you to the radiology, oncology and hospice nurses who took care of Valerie.
