Terry Lee Altizer, 57, went to be with the Lord on Saturday June 17th, 2017.
Terry was born Augusta, Georgia. He moved to Kingsport around middle school and became a graduate of Central High School. He was a long time employee All Phase (Kendall Electric). He was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. A great father, mentor, and life coach.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Phyllis Altizer.
He is survived by his sons, Zachary (Sarah) Altizer, Kevin Altizer; daughter, Lindsey Altizer; grand child, Grayden (Zachary); 1 brother, and 2 sisters.
Visitation will be take place at 1:30pm on Wednesday, June 21st at Trinity Memorial (1221 Stewball Circle, Kingsport, TN). A Memorial Service will follow at 2pm.
