Celebrating the life of James L. Bowen, age 74. He joined our Heavenly Father on September 14th, 2016 from his home in Bristol Tennessee.
He was born on March 17, 1942 in Eastman, Georgia to John A. and Flossy Bowen. He leaves behind children Josh and wife Rachel Bowen, Lara and husband Michael Holmes and Gwen Hollingsworth. Four grandchildren, Michael and Raphael Bowen, Chandler Bowen, and Chianne Holmes.
He is remembered most for being an inspiration, guiding hand and best friend.
Jim served in the Air Force, spent most of his life in the Restaurant business, and saw most of America while driving a truck.
In lieu of services, the family will hold a private ceremony in GA.
