Charles Edward “Eddie” Vines, 59, of Unicoi, TN, passed away unexpectedly September 14, 2017. He was the son of the late Brownlow and Evelyn Vines.
He is survived by his daughters, Niki Vines of Knoxville, Kristi Vines of Jonesborough, Christina Vines of Church Hill; step-son, Josh Salyers; one sister, Rebecca Vines of Knoxville; grandchildren, Lauren and Gabe Vinson of Knoxville, Holden Leonard of Jonesborough, three additional grandchildren (Christina); aunts, Betty Wiseman-Moore and Betty Smith, both of Johnson City; and several cousins.
A private family service will be held at Trinity Memorial in Kingsport.
