Chad Nathaniel Spivey, 43 , entered into rest on Saturday, November 14, 2015.
He was born on January 22, 1972 to Linda and Dan Spivey. Chad was an outdoors kind of person who had a very funny and loving spirit.
Chad was preceded in death by his sister, Kara Spivey, along with both maternal grandparents and his paternal grandfather.
Chad leaves behind to mourn his passing his three children, Cheyanne Ennis (Brett), Chontay Spivey and Chase Spivey; grandson, Carson Ennis and another grandchild on the way; the mother of his children, Tracy Bishop Spivey; mother and stepdad, Linda and Ernie Morse; dad and mom, Dan and Debbie Spivey; sister, Danielle Spivey; brothers, Jake, Zeke and Isaih Spivey; grandmother, Ettie Spivey; three aunts; three uncles; and a special woman, Bethal Brock, who was a second mother to him.
A celebration of life will be on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home from 4 pm – 6 pm.
He will always live on in the hearts and minds of those who truly love him. Chad now resides in heaven where he will not know sickness, pain, heartaches or troubles any longer.
