Timothy “Tim” Wayne Price, 50, of Bristol, VA, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 26, 2023, and is now resting in the arms of the Lord.
He was a lifelong resident of Bristol, Virginia/Tennessee. He graduated from Virginia High School in 1992. Tim was a hardworking family man who adored and devoted himself entirely to his loved ones. He loved being a father and enjoyed every moment he shared with his daughter, Ashley Marie.
Tim is preceded in death by both his maternal and paternal grandparents.
He is survived by; his spouse of 28 years, Rebecca Lynn “Becky” Byrd Price; daughter, Ashley Marie Price; brother, Billy Ray Price Jr.; parents, Billy Ray Price Sr. and Virginia Lee Vaughn Price; several nieces and nephews; in-laws that were every bit as close as family, Anna Marie Byrd Robbins (Ricky), Lisa Gilbert, and Anthony Wayne Byrd (Tracy).
The family is celebrating Tim’s life and treasured memory at Steele Creek Park, on Thursday, June 1st, 2023, at 5pm. The family will receive friends, love, funny stories, and fond memories at Shelter G at that time as well. Tim’s brother in law, Anthony Byrd will be speaking to and for the family.
In memorial of Tim and in lieu of flowers, the family asks that financial donations be made towards funeral expenses at Trinity Memorial Centers, and to the care of his beloved daughter, Ashley
