Nancy Louise Williams Norris, age 59, of Church Hill, Tn. passed away on Friday, December 6, 2019. She resided in Kingsport for the majority of her life. She didn’t just succeed, She excelled at anything and everything she put her mind to,, with exceptional skills at business management and a natural ability to make a house into a home. What was most important to Nancy was to make the ones she loved feel very special. She always made every holiday event, occasion, and even every regular days as memorable and momentous as she possibly could. Her goal was to make everyone feel loved, and she did an incredible job at it. Always.
Nancy is preceded in death by her younger brother and best friend; Arville Williams Jr., daddy, Arville Williams Sr., mommy, Thelma Williams, mother-in-law; Eunice P. Norris, nephews; Benjamin Foulk, Brandon “Bo” Williams, close friend; Patricia “Trish” Lawson-Flynn.
Survivors include her daughter; Julia Pearcy, granddaughter; Kayla Tipton, grandson; Ethan Worley, best friend and life partner of 40 years, Darren Norris, nephews, Michael Williams, Joshua Barker. sisters; Judy Wynn, Martha Godsey, Carol Davenport, Donna Williamson, Geraldine McAvoy, Ada Gail Barnette, Toni Polly, Teresa Burke, Brothers; Daniel Williams, Joe Williams, David Williams. Many other nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, and friends.
The family of Nancy Louise Williams Norris will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. on Saturday, December 21, 2019, with services at 4:00 P.M. Please join the family in celebration of Nancy’s life. Please dress comfortable.
