Zachary Dylan Samples

Zachary Samples, 21, of Kingsport, TN, passed away on Tuesday, July 30, 2024.

Born in Kingsport, TN, in 2003, Zachary attended Sullivan North High School. He was a joyful and wonderful young man who cherished his family deeply. Zachary had a passion for basketball, fishing, and ginseng hunting.

He was preceded in death by his uncles, Joe Johnson, David Williams, Michael Johnson; his aunt, Sherri Johnson; and his grandmothers, Carolyn Neff and Joyce Samples.

Zachary is survived by his parents, Amy Carrico and Jody Samples; his step-father, Terry Vermillion; his brothers, Preston Crouch and Corey Crouch; his sisters, Holly Carrico (and her fiancé Rustey Ferrell) and Hailey Carrico; his aunt, Patricia Collins; his grandmother, Barbara Byers; uncle, Jerry Williams; and several beloved nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation on Tuesday, August 6th, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Trinity Memorial Centers. The funeral service, officiated by Pastor Will Shewey, will follow immediately after.
