Woodrow Wilson Talbert Jr, 76, of Kingsport, TN, passed from his earthly home to his heavenly home, to be with his savior on Monday, February 17, 2025.

Born in Kingsport, Tennessee, "Woody" was a hard working man. He never judged anyone or met a stranger anywhere he went. He was a strong willed man who fiercely loved his family. "Woody" loved The Lord and attended Emmaus of Kingsport. "Woody" greatly loved his grandson Brady Wolf, who he raised as his own. He was a diehard fan of Nascar, going so far as to have a shrine to Jeff Gordon in his den. Christmas and electric trains were a passionate pastime of his as well.

Preceded by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Woodrow Talbert Sr; and nephew, Frankie Stimetz.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Deena Talbert; daughter, LeAnn Vaughan; son, Brady Wolf (Alice); grandchildren, Cheyanne Wolf and Chloe Vaughan; nieces and nephews, Christopher Laney and Cheryl Anita Gaines; sisters, Emma Stimetz and Shirley Morefield; brother, Cleve Edward Talbert; stepson, Lucas Parker (Malila); step-granddaughter, Madelyn Grace; special friend, Patricia Lane; brother-in-law, Richie Parker (Kim); special in-laws, Patricia Chandler and Joe Parker (Martha); and special friend, Linda Tate.

A visitation will be held at Trinity Memorial Centers on Thursday, Feb 20th from 6pm until 7pm with a funeral to follow. Dr. Phil Kidd is officiating, with a special eulogy by Ken Kryvenchuk

Graveside will be at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens Friday, Feb. 21st at 11am.
