William “Bill” Ludwick Sisson, 54, passed away on March 13, 2019. Bill was born in Orlando, Florida and moved to Kingsport in 1992 after falling in love with the mountains. While here, he raised three children, whom he loved dearly. Bill was a hard-working man, working in the concrete business for more than twenty years. He took great pride in his work, even earning the nickname of Captain Concrete. More than anything, he loved his children and was extremely proud of them. In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time with family and friends, whittling, collecting rocks and reading any book he could. He was an avid animal lover, especially of snakes and any kind of reptile. Bill never met a stranger and was always quick with a laugh and smile, no matter the situation. He will be extremely missed by everyone.
He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Willie Merle and Larry Sisson Sr.; and his brother, Larry Jr.
He is survived by his three children, Karissa, Titus and Josiah; ex wife Jaqueline; brother David; sister, Angie; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at 4:00 PM.
