William Raymond Osborne

William Raymond Osborne, 81, of Elizabethton Tn went home to be with JESUS around sunrise on September 7th, 2023. He last attended the Day of Deliverance Revival Center, where he enjoyed hearing the word and loved the people there. Raymond was an avid boxer in his early days. He enjoyed fishing. All he wanted to do was go fishing one more time and buy him a truck. He loved to joke around and bring a smile to your face. Such a loving man. He would give you both his dollar and the shirt off of his back if you needed it. In whatever way he could, he sure was willing to help. He loves his family more than they would ever know.

Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, Lillard and Annie Lee Moore Osborne; son, Timmy Osborne; brother, Charles Osborne; and sister, Shirley Campbell.

Leaving behind sisters, Loraine "Dooney" Cummings and husband Steve, and Millie Taylor; baby brother, Oscar Osborne; children, Robert Osborne, Randy Shell and daughter Amanda; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces, as well as Great Great ones too, of whom he loved all very much.

Raymond was such a loving man. Try not to cry and try not to weep, for I am home with JESUS, and I am his for keeps. Love, Raymond.

Interment will be held at Happy Valley Memorial to be determined at a later time. Check back in a few days.
