William "Billy" Minor, 69, passed away on Sunday, January 03, 2016. Billy enjoyed walking his dog daily and conversing with his friends in the neighborhood. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Louise Minor. He was survived by his sister, Betty Haynes and husband, Charlie; niece, Shellie Haynes; special friend, Melody Hall; step-niece, Michelle Jones; step-nephew, Scott Ramey; and special friends and close neighbor friends. Graveside services will be held at Vermont United Methodist Cemetery on Wednesday, January 06,2016 at 10am with Pastor Brad Bess officiating.
