William Earnest Taylor, Sr., 67, passed away on Wednesday, November 04, 2015 at Bristol Regional Medical Center. The interment for Mr. Taylor will take place at Monday, November 16, 2015 at 10:45 am at Mountain Home National Cemetery in Johnson City,Tn. with full Military honors.
