William Arthur Simonds

William "Billy" Arthur Simonds, 69, of Church Hill, TN, passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2024.

Billy grew up in the Washington, District of Columbia metro area. He loved music, singing, and was a great athlete. He played many sports and would later mentor and coach young athletes participating in youth football. Billy worked hard, dedicating 20+ years to the HVAC industry as well as working as a security guard. His appreciation of music led him to own and operate a karaoke business for nearly five years. Billy truly loved his boys, girls, and grand daughter Abby.

He is preceded by his parents, Gilbert Aloysious and Jennie Margaret Simonds; and his siblings, Veda, Mary, Joann, Buddy, and Jimmy.

Billy is survived by, his love of more than thirty years Teresa; his son, Dalton; his sister, Jackie; and his step-children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many friends.

The family will update friends and family of the services to take place in both Tennessee and Maryland.

The family would like to thank the caretakers and staff that took great care of Billy. Those that took time to extend kindness and care to Billy and Teresa during this time, you are especially appreciated.
