Walter Cecil James Jr., 69, of Elizabethton, TN, went to be with the Lord on Monday, July 2nd, 2018. He is preceded in death by his father, Walter Cecil James Sr; son, Dewayne James; sister, Wanda James. He is survived by his daughters, Debbie and husband Corey Garland, Deanna Ingram and boyfriend Billy Shipley; grandchildren, Evelyn James, Randy Bishop, Dalton Garland, Dylan Garland, Gracie Garland, and Keian Garland; mother, Ruby Ricker; brother, Paul James; several family members; and special friends, Ruth and Bill Hensley, and Jack Barlow.
