Virginia L. Stallard

Virginia L. Stallard, 96, went to be with the Lord on Sunday (February 1, 2015) after a brief illness. She enjoyed selling Avon and her role in the American Legion Auxiliary. She was an active member of her community, who enjoyed socializing with her customers and friends. She was of the Christian faith. She will be sorely missed. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Carl J. Stallard; daughter, Carleen Roberts; sixteen brothers and sisters. She is survived by her son, Jim Stallard of Kingsport; four grandchildren, Missy Roberts, Lisa Adams, Patricia Hoss, and Tammy Hughes; five great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held Friday (February 6, 2015) at Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home Chapel at 7 p.m. with Pastor Will Shewey officiating.
