Victoria Dawn Hawkins

Victoria Dawn Hawkins, 37, was called home after a brief battle with cancer. She spent most of her life as a stay at home mom and she enjoyed going on family outings with her kids. Later in life, she became a dental assistant and she worked to provide assistance to impoverished children in the state. She was a great mother and friend to many. She was preceded in death by her mother, Regina Amyx Hawkins; maternal grandmother, Iva Amyx; paternal grandfather, Ralph Hawkins; uncle, Kenneth Amyx; aunt, Theresa Rogers; and her cousin, Brent Byington; She is survived by her grandparents, Ray Amyx and Ina Nell Hawkins; father, Ivan Hawkins; brother, Adam Hawkins and wife, Crystal; her beloved children, Mason and Jacob Heeringa; her fiance and soulmate of 23 years, Scott Heeringa; several nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins, and one uncle. Friends and family are invited to celebrate her life on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 from 5-7pm at Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home.
