Tina Frost went to be with the Lord on the morning of Saturday, May 3, 2014. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, of strong Morman faith and now rests peacefully in the arms of the Lord. Tina was born February 27, 1967 in Greeneville, TN to Jack and Charlotte McMillan. She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Chris McMillan. She is survived by her husband of eleven years, Shawn Frost. She has two sons, Brandon and Terrence Manuel; a step daughter, Laura Davis and husband, Andy; a stepson, Felix Manuel. She is also survived by four sisters, Teresa Lett and husband, Brent, Jackie Lethridge and husband Norman, Tammy Rowell and husband, John and Hope Whipp and husband, James. She has numerous nephews and nieces. She dearly loved her grandchildren Tristan Tremblay and Emma Davis. Tina worked for many years in the service and care of the mentally handicapped and was employed by various service agencies throughout the region. She was a passionate advocate for their rights. Tina enjoyed sewing and cooking. She was a loving wife, grandmother and "mothered" many of her own children's friends. She was always happiest when surrounded by her family. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 8 from 4:30-6:30 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (100 Canongate Road, Kingsport, TN).
