Timothy Scott Parker, 53, of Mt. Carmel, TN, passed away on Tuesday, January 9th, 2018. He is preceded by his parents, William and Sophia Parker; sister, Lisa Hilton; brother, Michael Harkleroad; sister-in-law, Joyce Lockhart. He is survived by his wife, Jaqueline Parker (Beaver Falls, PA); sons, Timothy Scott Parker II and wife Kristin (Nashville, TN); daughter, Mary Catherine Parker and wife Shawna (Knoxville, TN), Aleshia Parker and Travis Lawson (Mt. Carmel, TN), Celena Atkinson (Beaver Falls, PA); grandchildren, Ava Boggs, Sophie Parker, Kyle Lawson, Zander Atkinson, Lalya Thumm, Destiny Carey, DeShawn Carey; sister, Susan Willbanks; brother, Ronald Harkleroad and wife Pamela, Steven Parker and wife Elaine; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be private. The family would like to extend their thanks to the staff of Wellmont Hospice for their services.
