Timothy James Allen, 56, of Kingsport, went to be with his Lord and Savior on May 2, 2019. Born on September 15, 1962, Tim was loved by his family and everyone who knew him. Tim is preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Chapman Romero. He is survived by his father, Gene Allen; stepfather, Gene Romero; sisters, Tammy, Teresa and Gina; brother, Hunter; nieces, Veronica and Chelsey; and great niece, Hallie. The celebration of Tim's life will be a private memorial for immediate family. Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home (423-723-8177) is honored to be serving the family.
