Timothy "Frog" Fugate Sr.

Timothy "Frog" Fugate Sr. ,age 61, of Kingsport, Tennessee went to be with the Lord on Sunday February 17, 2019 at his residence after a courageous battle with cancer. He was a lifelong resident of Kingsport and a graduate of Lynn View High School. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, loved going to auctions, and loved spending time with his family especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed going on missionary trips to Nicaragua. He is preceded in death by his mother, Doris Jean Fugate; and grandparents. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Debra Chapman Fugate; son, T.J. Fugate and wife Ginger (Kingsport,TN); daughter, Kimberly Richardson (Kingsport, TN); grandchildren, Tyesha Richardson, Malachi Richardson, Nalo Richardson, Lacey Fugate, and Cooper Fugate; dad, J.C. Fugate (Kingsport); sisters, Sherry Fugate Meade and husband Gary (Kingsport,TN), Teresa Fugate Steffey (Kingsport); brothers, Danny Fugate and wife Kathy (Kingsport,TN), Christopher Fugate and wife Angela (Kingsport,TN); several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Parker's Chapel (451 Parker Drive, Kingsport TN) on Monday February 18th. Service will follow with Reverend Mark Ball and Gary Calhoun officiating. Graveside service will be held on Tuesday at 11am at Depew's Chapel Cemetery.
