Thelma Eloise (Lou Lou) Ball McCauley, 49, of Bristol, VA, passed away on Sunday, November 4th, 2018, at Bristol Regional Medical Center. She was born in Bristol, TN and was raised in the area. She loved her cat “Boots”. She loved making people smile and be happy. She loved her family with all her heart.
She is preceded in death by her grandson, Bryson McCauley (in 2012); mother, Carolyn Balthis Ball; both grandmothers, and two uncles.
Survivors include her daughters, Crystal Statzer (Bristol, TN), Ashley McCauley (Kansas); son, Kevin Thomas McCauley (Bristol, VA); grandchildren, Trevin McCauley, Avri Woldsmit, Alaric McCauley; ex husband, Carl Kevin McCauley (Bristol, VA); sisters, Patty Ball Lee and husband Percy Lee (Bristol, TN), Naomi Ball (Bristol, VA); brothers, Allen Ball and wife Penny (North Carolina), Joseph Walston (Kentucky), Wilson Ball and wife Jenny (Bristol, VA); several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and an abundance of loving friends.
Lou Lou gave as much as she could, and she gave all she could. Per her wishes, she chose to be cremated.
A Celebration of Life was held on Monday, November 5th, 2018 while her family was in town.
