Terry Lee Altizer

Terry Lee Altizer, 57, went to be with the Lord on Saturday June 17th, 2017. Terry was born Augusta, Georgia. He moved to Kingsport around middle school and became a graduate of Central High School. He was a long time employee All Phase (Kendall Electric). He was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. A great father, mentor, and life coach. He is preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Phyllis Altizer. He is survived by his sons, Zachary (Sarah) Altizer, Kevin Altizer; daughter, Lindsey Altizer; grand child, Grayden (Zachary); 1 brother, and 2 sisters. Visitation will be take place at 1:30pm on Wednesday, June 21st at Trinity Memorial (1221 Stewball Circle, Kingsport, TN). A Memorial Service will follow at 2pm. Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home (423-723-8177) is honored to serve the family.
