Terry Lee Jones, 66, of Rogersville, TN, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2024.

A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, Terry lived a life of love and selflessness, always putting others before herself. Her grandchildren were the light of her life, and she found great joy in spoiling them every chance she got.

Terry was a passionate sports fan, cheering fervently for her Baltimore Ravens and Chase Elliott on the racetrack. She cherished the moments spent watching her husband and son race, always supporting them from the sidelines.

Born and raised in Maryland, Terry's heart never left her home state where Chesapeake Bay is. She had a deep love for seafood, especially the kind found in her beloved Maryland. Her favorite place was Ocean City, and her last wish was to return there to share it with her grandchildren, so they could see the special place that held so many of her cherished memories.

In June of 2024, Terry's family lovingly fulfilled that wish, as well as taking her to Glen Burnie, Maryland, where she visited the graves of her parents, sibling, and aunt.

Terry is preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, David "Scotty" Jones, Sr; her parents, Clyde and Helen Cadle; sisters, Arlene Hill, Linda Cadle, and Denise Cadle; brother, Roland Cadle; and her in-laws, Curba "Scott" and Barbara Jones.

Left to cherish her memory is her son, David Jones, Jr. and wife, Rebecca, of Rogersville, Tennessee; grandchildren, Cody Keen and Kaitlyn "KK" Jones of Rogersville, Tennessee; brothers, Ashley "Buddy" Cadle and Eddie Cadle of Maryland; brother-in-law, S.W. "Steve" Jones of Rogersville, Tennessee; sisters-in-law, Bonnie Jones of Rogersville, Tennessee and Sharon Shenton (Cal) of Maryland; and several nieces and nephews.
