Terry C. Patrick

Terry Calvin Patrick, 64, passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2016. He was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He will be remembered for his kindness, love and example of compassion. Terry was a former bishop of the church and a branch president. He served in the Gulf States Mission. He was an avid antique collector, lover of animals, and was passionate about traveling. We will miss him, but are comforted to know he is with God. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Mildred Patrick; and sister, Marilyn Odum. He is survived by his children, Melanie Patrick, Daniel Patrick, Justin Patrick and Alexa Patrick; grandchild, Zoe Patrick; brothers, Roger Patrick, Richie Patrick and Jeff Patrick; sisters, Carolyn Patrick, Charlotte Shope and Arlette Laughlin; several nieces and nephews; cat, Panther; grand pug, Layla; and grand cats, Isabella and Ling. Viewing will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (13 Heritage Drive, Bristol, VA) on Friday, March 18, 2016 from 6pm to 8:30pm. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 11am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Pallbearers will be Josh Berry, Rick Burton, Armand Dunstan, Scotty Laughlin, Max Lawson, and Sergei Prokhnevskiy. Honorary pallbearers will be Garrison Burton, Will Burton, Bobby Eller, Glenn Eller, Ed Martella, Jonathan Olson, Artie Patrick, Thomas Toutai and members of the High Priesthood Quorum of the Bristol Ward.
