Terra Ann Blevins

Terra Ann Blevins, age 38, of Hampton, TN went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, December 21, 2016. She is preceded in death by her father, Terry Blevins; grandfather, Clyde C. Banner; and aunt, Wanda G. Banner. She is survived by her loving mother, Jamie Blevins; grandmother, Geraldine H. Banner; uncle, Greg Banner; several aunts and cousins; special cousin, Kelly M. Reed; sisters, Jessica, Candy and their mother (Connie Heaton); special friend, Jack Whitehead; and special pets, Brendale, Nikki and Jake. There will be a private celebration of life for the family at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Carter Co. Humane Society or to the family.
