Tammy Lynn Hinkle, 54, of Kingsport, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, June 11, 2024.
A lifelong resident of Kingsport, Tammy dedicated 20 years of her life as a waitress at Pardner's Barbecue of Kingsport. She is survived by her son, Geoff Hinkle and his wife Alisha; her grandchildren, Xzavier, Nevaeh, and Mya; her "Momma", Janet Barker; her brother, Scott McMurray; her bonus sister, Kristi McMurray; her nephew, Jacob; and her very special friend and the father of her children, Jeff Hinkle.
Tammy's family will receive friends and family from 6:00 to 7:30 PM on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at Trinity Memorial Centers of Kingsport, Tennessee. A Celebration of Life will follow at 7:30 PM.
Tammy received amazing care from the nurses at Holston Valley Medical Center. The family would like to especially thank Dustin, Abbey, and Jake, her nurses in the Critical Care Unit, and "Dr. Jonathon" who helped translate the scary stuff.
