Sina Louise Babb

Sina Louise Babb, age 81, of Blountville, TN, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at her residence after an extended illness. She was born in Bristol, TN and had been in the Blountville area most of her life. She was a member of First Trinity Pentecostal Holiness Church. She loved singing, gardening, adored her family and loved her pets. She is preceded in death by her parents, all of her siblings, and a grandson. Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Ira Ruben (Soapy) Babb; daughter, Mary Trent and husband, Steve (Blountville, TN); son, John Babb and wife, Melanie (Blountville, TN); granddaughters, Amanda Babb (Kingsport, TN), Ina Murray (Knoxville, TN) and Ellen Davis (Kingsport, TN); great grandson, Timothy Gilliam; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Monday, April 29, 2019 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home. Services will follow with Pastor Oakley McCoy officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Church of the Brethren Cemetery with Pastor Arthur Collins. Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home (423-723-8177) is honored to be serving the Babb family.
