Sharon Marie Collins

Sharon Marie Collins, 59, gained her wings on November 28th, 2019, due to her battle with cancer. Sharon was born on January 2nd, 1960 in Kingsport. She graduated from Sullivan West H.S. in 1979. She worked at Cintas for 5 years before she retired. Sharon loved horses and helping people. She had a big heart. Sharon also loved the outdoors. She loved her family so much. She was a big Tennessee fan. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, Blanche Harrison and James Collins; her sister, Peggy Christian, Aunt Lora West and her grandparents. She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Lanham of Kingsport; two granddaughters, Brooklyn and Brittany Lanham of Kingsport whom she loved with all of her heart; sisters, Pam Collins and Brenda Faye; brother, Gary Collins of Morristown, TN, and lots of cousins, nieces, nephews, and a very special niece Shelly Christian. A service will be held at Trinity Memorial Centers on Monday, December 9, 2019 from 6 to 9pm. Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home (423-723-8177) is honored to serve the Collins family.
