Rusty Jackson Dulaney

Rusty Jackson Dulaney, 50, passed away on Friday, September 15, 2017. He was born in Bristol, Tennessee to the late Billy and Janet Dulaney. A big part of his life was motorcross racing. He met the love of his life, Angie, at his sisters wedding. Later in life Rusty, Mike, and Angie started R&M Auto and Truck Care which he was proud to be a part and worked long hours to help it succeed. He would always give back to those around him and would lend you the shirt off his back. When he wasn't working he spent as much time as he could with his 4 year old daughter, Delani. He was very devoted to his family. Rusty also enjoyed vacationing with his family in Gatlinburg any chance he could get. He had several dogs whom he cared for dearly. He is survived by his fiance of 10 years, Angie Mullins; brother, Mike and wife Amy Dulaney; sister, Debra Kendrick; daughters, Delani, Kourtney Sharp, Jacklyn; nephews, Dustin, Sammy, William, Christopher; nieces, Brandi, Madison, Marley, Brittany; friends, Arlan, David, Jeff Blevins, and several others; special friends, Bill Kendrick, Tommy Shoun, Richard Bowen, Linda and husband Burgess Harding. The family will receive friends on Thursday September 21 from 6pm to 8pm at Trinity Memorial Centers (1221 Stewball Circle, Kingsport, Tn). A funeral service will follow. Graveside service will be held at 11am on Friday at Sunrise Cemetery in Bluff City, Tn. Pallbearers will be David Peltier, Arlan Johnson, Chris Cunningham, Bill Kendick, Jim Moore, Mark Blackburn. Honorary will be Dustin Dulaney, Jim Hopkins. Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home (423-723-8177) is honored to serve the family.
