Ruben Shipley

Ruben Temp Shipley, age 66, of Kingsport, TN, passed away on Sunday, July 18, 2021. He was a loving husband of 46 years, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He was a member at Victory Life Center of Kingsport, TN. He loved to hunt and fish in his spare time. He is preceded in death by his father, Paul Shipley and sister, Elizabeth Wilson. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Shipley; son, Joe Shipley and wife Sherry; daughter, Donna Shipley; grandchildren, Scott Willis, Rebecca Shipley and Logan Shipley; mother, Geneva Shipley; sisters, Linda Bush and Mary Lou Cavalier.
