Ronnie Lynn Hite Sr., age 54, of Kingsport, TN, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 25, 2018 after an extended illness. He was a lifelong resident of Kingsport and a carpenter by trade. He was of the baptist faith. He attended Sullivan South High School and Ronnie loved racing, riding his motorcycles, and Tennessee football.
He is preceded in death by his father, Carl Wayne Hite (2013); sister, Gail Fowler Hite; nephew, Joseph Hite (2012); and his grandparents.
Ronnie is survived by his mother, Ruth Hite (Kingsport, TN); daughter, Jennie Ann Hite (Oak Ridge, TN); sons, Ronnie Lynn Hite, Jr. and wife, Casey (Bristol, TN) and Jordan Hite (Kingsport, TN); six grandchildren; sisters, Kathy Godsey and Sheila Fields and husband, David (both of Kingsport, TN); brother, Bobby Wayne Hite (Kingsport, TN); the love of Bud’s life, Brenda Barrett (Kingsport, TN); and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family will receive friends on Monday, October 29, 2018 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home. The service is to follow with Rev. Johnny Gibson and Rev. Terry McClain officiating.
