Robby J. Leedy

Robert J. "Robby" Leedy, 53, of Jonesborough, TN, went home to be with his Lord on Sunday, January 19, 2025.

He was born on August 25th, 1971, in Sullivan County, TN to Roy J. Leedy and Nancy J. (Gibson) Leedy. Robby attended Daniel Boone High School. He was a lifetime member of Way of Life Baptist Church in Kingsport, and recently attended Gray Freewill Baptist Church. Robby had an abundance of love for the Lord and his church family. He enjoyed fishing and gardening, but a source of joy for him came from being funny and goofing off; always making everyone laugh. Above all, he loved his family more than anything else.

Robby was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Leedy; his nephew, Jake Leedy; his paternal grandparents, James and Georgia Leedy; and his maternal grandparents, Arnold and Eura Gibson.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Missy; his son, Brandon Leedy; his parents, Roy and Nancy; his brothers, Rusty (Melody) and Randy (Wendy) Leedy; his sister-in-laws, Reba Leedy and Christy "Tootie" (Kevin) Ralph; as well as several nieces and nephews, including special nephews, Adam Leedy and Jonah Leedy; and a special niece, Rachel Leedy. Robby will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know him and his love.

A Funeral Service will be officiated by Rev. Kaleb Kitzmiller at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at Trinity Memorial Centers, 1221 Stewball Circle, Kingsport, TN 37660, with the receiving of friends and family starting at 11:00 am until the time of service.
