Richard Wayne Poston

Richard Poston, at the age of 58, went to meet his Lord and Savior surrounded by his family on December 29, 2024, in Bristol, Tennessee.

He leaves behind his children, Richard "Scott" Poston and Stacie Swanson; former wife, Jamie Poston; grandchildren, Isaiah and Adeline Swanson; and several nephews, cousins, and aunts. He was preceded in death by his parents, Billy and Stella Poston.

Richard loved the Lord and requested that a message of salvation be delivered instead of a funeral. A service will be held at his home church, Faith Baptist Church, in Blountville, TN, on January 1, 2025, at 7 p.m. All family and friends are welcome.

"And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." (Romans 8:28)
