Richard Bob Lee

Richard Bob Lee, 57, of Kingsport, passed away at his residence unexpectedly on October 24th, 2018. He was born in Mannheim, Germany then moved to Owensboro, KY and spent the last 20 years living in Kingsport, TN. Richard proudly served in the United States Army. He worked the last 15 years as a chef at Chop House. He was accepted into Harvard and he had an associates degree to teach. He was a devout Christian, was well informed of news and sports, and loved to play fantasy football every year. He is preceded in death by his parents. Richard is survived by his daughters, Taisha Lee-Monge (Fayetsville, NC) and Ashley Lee (Kingsport); son, Richard Ervin Lee (Fayettsville, NC); step-daughter, Stephanie Gayfield; and common law wife, Kellie Gayfield. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 3rd, 2018 at Shades of Grace from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Service is to follow at 6:00 PM.
