Rhonda Kay Shaheen

Rhonda Kay Shaheen, age 48, of Fall Branch passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center due to complications from Multiple Sclerosis. She was preceded in death by her father, Adel Shaheen; paternal grandparents, "Jimmy" and Goldie Shaheen; and maternal grandparents, Dana and Zella Ramsey. She was a resident of Fall Branch and professed the Christian faith. Ms. Shaheen was born on October 18, 1965. She was a graduate of Daniel Boone High School, Class of 1983. She worked at Indian Path Medical Hospital and Tri-Cities Landscaping until her health began to fail. She was an active member of the MS Society and served as an MS Ambassador. She leaves behind a loving ex-husband Tim "Moose" Shamp of Fall Branch, a beloved daughter, Brittany Starr McClellan and husband Michael of Jonesborough, TN and a precious grandson, Dante; mother, Bonnie Jones of Gray; sister, Sheena Hawkins and husband Benny ; and nieces Megan and Hayley Hawkins. Rhonda was a loving, honest, and generous lady, who will be missed by all who loved her.
