Regina “Gina” Joyce Gibson, January 26, 1967-October 31, 2019, 52, was called by her Lord to Paradise on October 31, 2019. She testified that she was “willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with The Lord.” Gina trusted Jesus Christ as her Savior and Lord at the age of seven years old. She was a faithful member of Way of Life Baptist Church, where she served as an organist, and pianist. Gina enjoyed singing for The Lord any time she had the chance. She also enjoyed old fashioned preaching, and singing. When not in Church, Gina was happiest when spending time with her family. She always made sure to show everyone her love for Jesus Christ by being caring, loving, and tender hearted.
Gina was preceded in death by her grandparents, Arnold and Eura Gibson, Johnny and Beulah Laughlin.
She is survived by her husband, Randy Kitzmiller; sons, Jordan and Kaleb; daughter, Kindra and husband Logan Blair; grandson, Jack Tucker “Doodle Bug”; parents, Pastor Johnny Gibson and Louise; brother, Jamey Gibson; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
A celebration of her life will be held at Way of Life Baptist Church (319 Salvation Road, Kpt TN 37660) Monday November 4th, 2019. The family will receive friends from 4-6 pm with the service following. Pastor Paul Maness and Rev. Roy Leedy officiating. Gina will be laid to rest November 5th at 2 pm at Oak Hill Cemetery.
