Rc Hutchins

RC Hutchins, 84, of Kingsport, TN, joined his wife in heaven, Sara Jean, on Friday, February 2, 2024.

RC was a great father and hard worker. He loved NASCAR, his little dog Pete, and country music. Everyone that knew RC loved him, he didn't have an enemy anywhere. It was hard not to love him, he was just a good man. He didn't hold grudges and he welcomed everyone in his home. He gave what he could to anyone that needed anything. He loved his brothers and sisters, he thought the world of them.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Sara Jean of 54 years; his brothers, George Jr and Billy Vance; his parents, George Hutchins and Mary Jane, and his stepfather, Robert Chappell.

RC is survived by his children, Mary Jane Mullins, James "Chubby" Edward (Malissa); his grandchildren, Richard, Farrah, Matthew, Hannah, Adam, Kamra; his great-grandchildren, Jacob, Matthew, Dalton and Aubrey, and Evan; his brothers and sisters, Carl Hutchins (Millie), Lank Hutchins (Mary Jane), Hobe Hutchins, Judy Carter, Martha Olinger(John Henry), Mary Ruth Olinger (Roy); and several nieces and nephews.

Grave side services will take place at East Lawn Memorial Gardens in Kingsport, Tennessee, on Friday the 9th at 2 pm.
