Randall Scott Payne

Randall Scott Payne, 62, of Kingsport, TN, passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2023.
Scott was born and raised in Kingsport and lived here all of his life. He met and married Rita Anderson, and they spent twenty-eight years together, raising his step-son, Jesse Dean English. Scott started at Eastman Chemical right out of high school and he worked there for forty three years. He was an avid knife and gun collector and enjoyed the outdoors. Scott also enjoyed riding horses with his buddies.
Scott is preceded in death by his parents, Bethel and Mary Ellen Payne.
He is survived by his wife, Rita; step-son, Jesse and his wife, Amanda; granddaughter, Jada English.
