Randall Dean Russell

Randall Dean Russell, 63, of Kingsport, TN, passed away on Friday, June 21, 2024. A beloved outdoorsman, Randall cherished his time fishing and enjoying nature. He found immense joy in being "Popaw" to his four grandchildren, and he shared a special bond with his loyal dog, Otis.
Randall was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Arneda Russell; his grandchildren, Oakleigh and Kyleigh; his brothers, Thomas Russell, Alvin Russell, and Vernon Russell; and his sisters, Carolyn Muncy and Gail Halsey.
He is survived by his daughter, Amanda Roberts, and her husband, Jacob; his grandchildren, Alivia Kirkpatrick, Payton Kirkpatrick, Emory Roberts, and Jaxon Roberts. He also leaves behind his sisters, Vera Hutchinson, Shirley Hall, Juanita Wells, Phyllis Trent, and Wanda Sutton, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Trinity Memorial on Monday, July 1st, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Funeral service will follow with Pastor Kaleb Kitzmiller officiating. Graveside service will be at Flower Gap Cemetery, Blackwater, Virginia.
