Peggy Ann Milam, 78, of Glade Spring, Virginia passed away on December 13th, 2020 at her home in Glade Spring, Virginia. She was born on October 18th, 1942 in Coeburn, Virginia to the late Bill Pannell and Callie Mae Collins. Peggy was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She loved watching the news, Wheel of Fortune, and Jeopardy every night. Peggy also loved being outside and spending time with family and friends. She is preceded in death by her grandmother Ruby Collins; sister Thelma Castle; son Chris Milam; and her granddaughter Peggy “Gail” Turner. Peggy is survived by her son Greg Milam and wife Carla of Woodway, Virginia; her daughters Brenda Cook and husband Heath of Bristol, Virginia, Cathy Milam Cope of Bristol Virginia, Tammy Holt and Lisa Meade of Glade Springs, Virginia; 13 grandchildren, Gail, Rebecca, Scotty, Dylan, Tamra, Michael, Chad, Brittany, Matt, Cassie, Stephen, Abigail, and Latisha; 11 great grandchildren, Raelyn, Ethan, Madison, Cameron, Colin, Snow, Dean, Freya, Samuel, Colin, and Connor; one brother Larry Collins; and her special buddy and close family member Charlie Whited. Visitation will be held on December 17th, 2020 from 5pm-7pm at Trinity Memorial Centers. Preacher Donnie Pickett will be officiating the service which begins at 7pm. Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home (423-723-8177) is honored to serve the Milam family.
