Paul W. Willis

Paul W. Willis, 75, passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2016. He was born in Virginia and lived in Kingsport most of his life. Paul was an avid fisherman and loved to watch wrestling. He loved his dogs. Paul spent a lot of time with his family and all of his grandchildren. He loved life and he never met a stranger. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Lori Willis; wife, Rebecca Ann Willis; grandson, Travis Tesnear; granddaughter, Tracy Willis; sister, Drema Willis; and brother, Carl Ray Willis. He is survived by his children, Sheila and husband, Bobby Whaley, Vanessa and husband, Jr. Mendenhall, Linda Sims, and Thomas and wife, Teresa Willis; 9 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandson; sisters, Sally Price, Janice Wells and Billie Willis; and brothers, Rob Willis, Coleman Willis and Donnie "Johnnie" Willis. A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2016 from 1 - 3 PM at Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home. A funeral services is to follow at 3 PM with Pastor Chad Roberts officiating. Graveside will be held on Friday, February 26, 2016 at Old Kingsport Presbyterian Cemetery at 10 AM. Those wishing to attend may meet at Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home at 9:30 AM to follow in procession. A special thank you to the Brookhaven Manor staff. They took very good care of daddy.
