Patrick Oliver Hansen

Patrick Oliver Hansen, 27, of Kingsport peacefully passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 2, 2019. Patrick was born on February 26, 1992 in Sanford, FL to Mary Lou Fajman and Christopher Hansen. His family moved to Kingsport in 1996. Patrick graduated from Dobyns Bennett High School in 2010, where his passion was football. He was all state offensive lineman his senior year. He attended Coastal Carolina University, having earned a full scholarship for football. He then transferred to Tusculum University. Patrick is preceded in death by his great grandmother, Dorothy Welsh; grandfather, John P. Shanley Jr.; uncles, John P. Shanley III and Michael P. Shanley. He is survived by his fiance, Savannah Smith; his beautiful daughter, Caysen Olivia Hansen; grandparents, Ann and Floyd Kaye and Don and Joyce Hansen; mother, Mary Lou Fajman; father, Christopher Hansen; brothers, Matthew Hansen (Stormy) and Jayce Best; nephew, Liam Hansen; and many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends, whom he loved and they loved him. A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 6, 2019 at Trinity Memorial Centers Funeral Home from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM with Pastor Adam Love officiating.
