Nancy Cherrill Mckamey

Nancy Cherrill McKamey, 80, of Kingsport, TN passed away Monday, May 12, 2014 at Wexford House. She was born on February 11, 1934 in Sullivan County, TN and was the daughter of the late John R. and Lilly Sams McKamey. Nancy graduated from Sullivan High School and received an associates degree in accounting. Prior to her retirement, she was employed by AFG Industries in accounting, at the corporate office. She was also a licensed pilot and an avid photographer. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by one brother, John L. McKamey and one sister, Pauline Lindamood. Survivors include one niece, Patricia Leedy; nephews Richard Minnick and Mickey McKamey; and several great-nieces and nephews. A memorial for Nancy C. McKamey will be held Thursday, May 15, 2014 at 7:00pm at New Hope Evangelical Presbyterian Church (1116 Nelms Lane, Kingsport, TN).
