Michael Heath Neff went home peacefully with the Lord on November 6, 2019. He was a lifelong resident of Kingsport, where we graduated from Sullivan North High School.
Michael was loved by so many and rightly so. He was a giver by nature and he would always put everyone else before himself. Michael would not have us mourn for him. He would want us to remember the good times.
Michael is preceded in death by his father, Jerry Neff; stepmother, Carolyn Neff; and brothers, Steven, Joe, and David.
Michael is survived by his fiance, Alisha Carter; brother, Gerren Neff; mother, Judy Cloud; step brothers, Henery and Jerry Lynn; step sister, Amy Carrico; several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended and foster families; and special friends who will always love and miss him.
Fly high. Gone but not forgotten.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2019 at 6:00 PM at Sullivan Baptist Church Fellowship Hall (4152 Maplewood Street, Kingsport, TN) with Pastor Jeff Strong officiating.
