Michael Lee May

Michael May, beloved husband, father, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 8th, 2024, while in Hospice care in Bristol. He was predeceased by his parents, Jack and Lena Louise May.

Michael is survived by his devoted wife, Sharon May; his son, David May; his daughter, Sarah May-Smith; and his cherished grandsons, Colt and Waylon May. He is also survived by his siblings: Glenna May-Geressy, Gary May, Larry May, and Laura May-Williams, along with multiple nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.

Michael was known and loved by many. He spent his time enjoying the great outdoors, whether hunting, fishing, or working on vehicles. He had a knack for helping others and never met a stranger. Above all, Michael was a devoted Christian, a loving husband, and a caring father and friend. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held on August 11th, 2024, at 5:30 PM at Bluff City Baptist Church, located at 244 Main Street, Bluff City, Tennessee, 37618.
