Martin “Gene” Eugene Roberts, 62, of Kingsport, TN, passed away on Thursday, April 5th, 2018 with his family by his side.
Gene was born and raised in the Kingsport area. He was a roofer by trade but enjoyed working on trucks. He most enjoyed spending time with his family, grandchildren, and his little four legged “girls” (Brownie, Angel, Sassy, Tinker).
He is preceded in death by parents, Wallace and Roxy Roberts; brother, William Roberts; sister, Judy Richards.
He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Sandy Roberts; son, Anthony Roberts; daughter, Amber and husband David Nash; grandchildren, Ashley Nicole Harris, Sierra Nash, David Nash Jr, Tiara Roberts, and Sophie Roberts; great granddaughter, Arya Harris.
