Mark G. Butters

Mark G. Butters, aged 65, of Bristol, VA, peacefully passed away on Monday, October 9th, 2023. Born in 1958 in Washington County, Virginia, he was the son of the late Charles Scott Butters and Jean Reaves Lindsey.
Following his graduation from Abingdon High School in 1976, he embarked on a career journey at Bristol Regional Medical Center, where he held various positions throughout the years. Mark harbored a deep-seated passion for automobiles and cherished spending time with his beloved family and friends.
Preceding him in death, besides his parents, is his half-brother, John F. Butters. Mark leaves behind several siblings and numerous cherished friends.
A committal service to honor Mark's life will take place at 2 PM on Monday, March 11, 2024, at Forest Hills Memory Gardens, located at 19415 Lee Highway, Abingdon, Virginia.
