Margaret Elizabeth Trivett

Margaret Elizabeth Trivett, 80, passed away on Wednesday, January 15th, 2020 at her home in Johnson City, TN. A woman of breath faith, Margaret chose to spend her life sharing her abundant love with others. For many years, she and her husband raise, not only their own children, but fostered many children that needed a loving environment. After the years of working with the foster care program, she began working as a CNA caring for the elderly in several area nursing homes including Appalachian Christian Village. In recent years, she has enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and her many admirers; some of whom would bring their own babies by to give her a bed bug and a smile. All the little ones loved "Gam Gam." She was preceded in death by her husband William E. Trivett. Her parents James & Sadie Morgan, and one sister Marie Alexander. She is survived by her children; Cindy Hampton and husband Rickey. Rick Trivett and wife Stacys and Brandi Richards - her caretaker these last years. Grandchildren, Brent Hampton, Ricki Trivett Smith, Jacob Richards, Morgan Rose and husband Joseph, and Torrey Edmunds. One great grandchild, Elisha Jacob Rose.
